LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the September 22nd, 2009 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved the request to withdraw the Application of Kleinfelder East, Inc., (File No. 2009-017), for the demolition of the former Mobil gas station, located at No. 1083 Burnside Ave.
- Approved the application of The Metroplitan District (File # 2009-019) for the repair of a 36-inch transmission main, located in the rear of 61 Floradale Dr.
- Approved the continuation of the of Application of Antonio Carreiro, (File # 2009-020) for the expansion of farming activities, other modification include 2 wetlands crossing and associated grading.
- Tabled the application of Application of Goodwin College, (File No. 2009-021) for the removal of contaminated soil 12-16 feet below grade, area to be backfilled with clean fill to existing grade, located at 195 Riverside Drive.
- Tabled the application of Goodwin College, (File No. 2009-022) for the removal of contaminated soil 0-4 feet below grade, area to be backfilled with clean fill to existing grade, located at 133 Riverside Drive.
- Tabled the application of Kleinfelder East, Inc., (File No. 2009-017), for the demolition of the former Mobil gas station, located at No. 1083 Burnside Ave.
